• The IT Security Function conducts an annual assessment, or an assessment upon launching a new solution, to evaluate the applicability, timeline for implementation, and required investments for the security controls specified in this policy. Based on the assessment, exceptions may be granted, provided suitable compensatory controls are implemented to mitigate risks during the interim period.
• The information security policy applies across all locations where the information assets of Minerva Research Solution are stored or processed and to all functions and units where information is handled.
• Minerva Research Solution is committed to complying with all applicable requirements from regulators, clients, internal processes, and integrated management system standards.
• Minerva Research Solution is committed to continually improving its information security compliance efforts to protect and safeguard the information assets within its scope.
• In this information security policy, references to ‘employees,’ ‘an employee,’ or ‘all employees’ include employees, subcontractors working for Minerva Research Solution, and third-party staff associated with Minerva Research Solution.
